After interviewing several realtors, we decided to choose Cynthia to be our realtor. It was the best decision we have made. Cynthia has gone above and beyond for us to help us in a difficult situation she even recommended houses that would give her a lower commission just to make us happy. I will recommend her to all my friends and co workers. She helped us with many things that were not required for her to do. She was genuinely happy when we closed on our home. My relator was Cynthia Crawford-Holt and she exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the sale of my home. She was knowledgeable, dependable and very professional. Not only did she handle all the details of the sale in my absence but took care of packing and shipping items to my NY home. I did not have to fly back for the closing. She communicated with me via text, email and telephone to keep me updated and in the loop which was greatly appreciated. I recently lost my husband and Cynthia had the compassion to not stress me out during the whole process. I would definitely recommend her. Kudos to Cynthia!!

Cynthia did a fantastic job she made the selling and buying process easy. Like many people I had so much going on with my life but after my buying experience with Cynthia I knew that with selling I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. At the same time she checked in regularly and updated me on anything that needed to be done to move forward. She is the only relator I recommend for the Fort Meyers area.
